The Health & Productivity Snapshot estimates typical prevalence, treatment and lost time associated with chronic health conditions typical for a comparable workforce, modeled from a large, credible database of employee survey results.
Created to estimate absence and the lost productivity costs of chronic conditions expected in your workforce, it was developed by IBI in partnership with Ronald Kessler of Harvard Medical School, and includes the research by Sean Nicholson of Cornell University and Mark Pauly of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. It is intended for companies getting started in data work, and those who don’t meet the requirements for the full HPQ Select.
